Appearance: [Picture is coming, hold y'horses--] Despite Blazej's higher ranking status, he wears a horribly crumpled frock suit with a mismatched vest (black suit, brown vest? ewwhathefu--) due to his waking hours usually being spent hunched over an orchestra, hunched over his music, or generally just hunched over in frustration from the moment he awakens.His shoes remain quite scuffed from creative pacing. An oddity in this disheveled appearance is his hair, which is probably the only thing he bothers to spend time on in the morning, light, almost blondish brown kept waxed almost flat against his head. Reason For Living in Vienna: He was born in Vienna, herpderp. Though he could live a comfortable life as a Count, his drive to bring his dream of becoming a major composer of of music (especially operetta) to fruition has sent him out into the common world, though that isn't going very well...He tries to hide his title to better glean information from the lower class, whose emotions and everyday struggles influence his work.
Notable personality traits: Blazej is always in a state of constant motion, trying to work himself into what he calls "the ecstacy of the fantasy", or in simpler terms "not an art block". As a result, he's constantly humming tunes softly to himself, gesturing twitches sometimes coming and going as he imagines new movements to his music. When he's not look certifiably insane, however, he acts as is expected of nobility: quaint, with a level head and a slow, measured voice. Though he is a Czech himself, he considers Czechs beneath his status and not worth paying attention to; he is, in fact, ashamed of his own people.
