Occupation: Conman, but he will always refer to himself as a businessman. His favourite thing to do get elderly or sick rich people on his side and leave him a nice chunk money in their will.
Social standing: His family were once Venetian nobles, but they quickly went bankrupt under Austrian occupation, so if given a class he’d probably be working class, but he dresses himself up and lies about his family and claims to be ‘upperclass and just visiting’.

Reason for living in Vienna: After the constant reminders of how the Austrians caused his family to go bankrupt Bepin cannot stand Austrians. After deciding that his home wasn’t the best area for his ‘line of busniess’ he moved to the capital of the Austrians to get some kind of revenge against them. That and he heard there were a lot of rich people in the city, when he’s sure he’s got a decent fortune he’ll move back to his home city.

Wierd accent. /shot Bepin is outwardly a charming and charismatic young man and won’t say no to a good glass of wine with anyone, especially the ladies. Underneath this he’s a fairly racist, manipulative prick that would enjoy nothing better than causing a downward spiral that ends up with you face down in the dirt and watching you the whole way. If he dislikes you, of course, he’ll be less than pleasant to you and quite probably verbally attack you, though it’s not unlikely that you’ll be worse off if he likes you—When he’s not being captain of the asshole brigade he’s quite the young historian and will be more than happy to rant on for hours about his lovely Serenissima (any bad mouthing it leads to an instant dislike ) and due to his cousin’s love of it, he’s quite fond of art and also would like to be an actor and would happily trade bleeding people dry for a good opportunity in the theatre business. He can also be quite the alcoholic when that lovely feeling of guilt raises it’s lovely head, but he’ll soon fix it by getting completely wasted and waking up in a gutter somewhere.
